A Journey from Searching to Integration
My work today did not begin as a profession I set out to build. It emerged gradually through lived experience, personal questioning, and many years immersed in spaces that explore what it truly means to live an authentic life.
Like many women, I spent the earlier chapters of my life doing what appeared sensible and responsible.
I worked within the family business and learned early how to carry responsibility with competence and commitment.
Yet beneath that stability a quieter story was unfolding.
Even when life appeared full and productive, there was often an underlying sense that something essential was missing. I found myself asking deeper questions about meaning, purpose, and whether the path I was following truly belonged to me.
Eventually those questions could no longer be ignored.
Leaving the family business was not a decision that came easily. It meant stepping away from security, familiarity, and a clearly defined future into a space where very little was certain. At the time I did not yet know where that decision would lead, only that remaining where I was no longer felt true.
Looking back now, I understand that moment as an important act of courage.
Many of us reach points in our lives where the familiar path feels safe yet quietly misaligned with who we are becoming. Choosing to honour that inner knowing often means moving forward without a map.
The years that followed became a period of searching, one that ultimately reshaped my understanding of success, identity, and what it means to live in alignment with our deeper selves.
In time, that journey led me to co-found private enterprises and later step into leadership roles that allowed me to contribute in ways that felt more aligned with my evolving values and understanding of the world.
