Guest Speaker

As the co-founder and Managing Director of the Mind Heart Connect Foundation and in my role as a guest speaker, I offer psychology students the opportunity to learn how Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT/Tapping), is transforming indigenous and refugee communities.

EFT/Tapping is an evidence-based stress reduction technique, supported by decades of research. The Foundation developed a specialised training program in partnership with renowned trauma healing specialist Dr Lori Leyden (US) and world leading researcher Professor Peta Stapleton, to support the emotional wellbeing and resilience of frontline workers.

During my presentation, I illustrate the transformation within communities, through first-hand accounts and personal stories gleaned over several years working in the field and can tailor the presentation to suit your study unit.

I share the impactful and empowering ways these techniques are implemented and how they are making a significant difference on the ground.

My presentations offer an inspiring blend of evidence-based tools and personal narratives that show how this work is creating meaningful change in diverse communities. Students will leave the session with a clearer understanding of the practical application of EFT/Tapping in community settings.

Together, let’s inspire change and foster heart-centred individuals and communities where everyone can thrive.

Sessions delivered online and I welcome your enquiry.
